Words and Images :: Worlds and Pages

Why don’t you write for me?
Dip the quill in your head,
soaking in crimson ink,
and paint a picture with your words.

Show me a lion in letters
show me beauty, Kalligrafos.
Write for the eagle that soars.
Write for the wordless peasant.

Oh master of the reed,
split my world as instrumented
orchestrate your words
and write a symphony to swim to.
Jumping in to swim in the world of the page
Swimming in the world you create.
