Sensed Senses

Speak for words are scarce
Speak till the pages turn bare
Speak for y’know you easily scare,
If unspoken, over what’s not there

Look till you see past it
Look through that open casket
Look, for your eyes just mask it
Look it’s nothing more than a basket

Touch ’cause it’s all brand new
Touch the sensations you feel through
Touch in safety of the havenly you
Untouched secrets needn’t be brew’d

Smell the tears that now are dry
Smell the earth and reach for the sky
Smell the beauty let out a sigh
Smell the pleasant taking you high

Hear like it’s silk in your ear
Hear all that is far and near
Hear the good; you needn’t fear
Unheard be those that rouse the tear.
